We can apply a variety of rotary pump technologies including gerotors, gears, and own proprietary IGR technology. Expertise in valves, electric motors and electronics allow us to provide a complete solution. None of our products are available as an off-the-shelf item; each is proprietary to the customer for whom it was developed which provides them with an edge in the marketplace.
Our dedicated cylinder repair section can handle the repair of most sizes of hydraulic cylinder from seven meters long and fore hundred and fifty millimeters bore with weights up to six tonne. Married to this is our nut break out equipment that can develop forces up to fifteen thousand newton meters of torque. Our horizontal long bore hone and machine shop can repair most hydraulic cylinders in house without the need to send parts out, reducing the cost and lead time on repairs, chrome plating of piston rods being the exception.
We can service all types of pumps and motors, from the simplest gear unit to the most complex transmission pump. Pumps and motors repaired include Gear pump/motors, Axial piston pumps/motors, Bent axis piston pumps/ motors, gerola motors and gerotor motors.All pumps and motors repaired at Gateway Hydraulics are tested on our 150HP Test rig.
